Our Mission
Most venue directories show you a photo, a price range, and a contact form. We show you the 22% service charge that isn't gratuity, the exclusive caterer that adds $180 per person, and the noise ordinance that ends your reception at 10 PM.
This isn't a complete list of every place in Brooklyn that could technically host a wedding. It's a curated set of venues we know well enough to actually be useful. A venue earns a listing when we've assembled enough verified intel to help you make a real decision — actual pricing data, vendor policy details, parking logistics, and reports from couples and planners who've been there.
We'd rather give you everything you need to know about 100 venues than nothing useful about 500. Depth beats breadth when you're trying to decide which five venues deserve a site visit.
We believe every couple deserves:

Once a venue makes your shortlist, call them, tour the space, and ask the questions that matter to your specific day. Use our research to decide which venues deserve your time. How we decide what to list
If a venue isn't in our directory, that's not a judgment on the venue. It means we haven't yet built a file on it that's detailed enough to be genuinely useful to you.
To earn a listing, a venue needs verifiable intel across multiple dimensions: what it actually costs (not just a starting price), what the vendor and catering policies are, what the noise and curfew situation looks like, and what couples and planners have experienced there. We aggregate that from official sources, wedding industry platforms, community forums, and professional planners who work these spaces.
We're continuously expanding — researching new venues and updating intel on existing ones. If a venue you're considering isn't here yet, check back. And if you have intel to share, we want to hear it.
