I booked an event here for a school group and generally was happy with everything, but there could be some improvements. The booking process was easy, and the staff are very responsive through email. They use a portal for the payment, contract, and waivers which is very convenient.

I wouldn't recommend getting the $2 chocolate add-on for large groups. Students said the hot chocolate wasn't hot and also didn't taste good at all. This was disappointing given the additional cost.

While watching there was a young skater performing jumps. She was amazing couldn't help take a pic to capture her jump. Wish I was able to send her the pic so she can see how talented and awesome she is.
